ConBody Live Streaming videos will be made available to subscribers to download via the website so you can workout at a time that suits you.
The ConBody workout was designed by Coss Marte who lost 70lbs in 6 months. When he started training he couldn’t run two laps of the prison yard. The workouts are designed to push you but many people start out only able to do a few of each exercise. The key point is to practice often and build up your fitness. At any stage you can contact the ConBody Live team by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org for advice and support.
If you need any assistance with any of the individual exercises, you can email email@example.com for extra assistance. You can also organize to set up an online one-on-one session with a ConBody trainer to perfect technique.
Each session is between 20 and 30 minutes. They workouts are designed to push you so prepare to build up a level of fitness that will enable you to work out straight through.
ConBody Live hires formerly incarcerated individuals as trainers offering them a second chance once they come out of prison.
